Corporate QA Manager Code: 202 6 Location: Northeast Job Description: Lead the continuous improvement and implementation of company's quality management systems for suppliers, co-packers and internal factories. work with R&D, marketing, Operations and Procurement personnel to support NPD, cost saving initiatives and product improvements. Provide technical support with in the company, internal manufacturing sites and co-packers. Assure plants are capable of converting raw materials to desired finished products. Support plant QA Manager in assuring safe, high quality, consistent products for customers and consumers. Requirements: * BS Food Science or related. * Minimum 10years Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing environment including plant experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate environment. * Experience USDA, CQA or CQM preferred. * Experience in auditing, HACCP food safety systems and sanitation. * Knowledge of LACF, High Acid, Frozen and Acidified food processing. * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and SPC applications * Excellent leadership, analytical decision-making, problem solving and communication skills.
