Requirements:


•
* PhD in Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering with experience in blending, extraction, separation, spray drying, emulsions.
* 10 years of food industry manufacturing (outside of academia).
* Minimum 5 years experience managing professional level (scientist, engineers, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and influence various departments – product development, sensory, operations, quality assurance and regulatory.
* Strong mathematics, analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Must have relevant computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
* Strong communications skills – both written and verbal.
