Responsible for numerous aspects of the company’s operations.  Oversee production planning, contract manufacturing, product commercialization sourcing and procurement.  Work directly with vendors to improve internal and integrated processes with a focus on lowering total costs of services while maintaining contracted performance.  Complete analysis of overall operations performance of vendors and contract manufacturers.  Mentor and coach team members to high levels of performance accomplished in ways consistent with the company’s values.

Requirements:

* BA or BS Degreed.
• 10 years of operation experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry or CPG companies.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and HACCP plans.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with ability to build and manage spreadsheets for detailed project management, production schedule and logistic plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and self-motivated.
