Job Description:

The right candidate will be executing projects designed to result in new or improved products. Improve quality of existing products and processes or reduce cost in ingredients and process methods. Coordination of projects to focus in on coordinating the requirements to team members. Work with cross functional teams. Perform product development from bench top, pilot plant to commeercialization. Our client is looking for someone with creativity in baked goods and knowledge of ingredient functionality.

Requirements:

* BS or MS Food Science or related.
* 3 - 10 years of product development experience in finished baked goods.
* Product experience in creams, jellies, syrups, caramels in cold form is a plus!
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
