Maintenance Manager Code: Location: Midwest Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager that can keep everything running smooth. This person will be someone that is very organized and good at prioritizing. Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment in manufacturing operations. Create and manage the maintenance and stores budgets. Inspect machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Provide leadership in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage the buildings and grounds such that GMP is adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained. This position will be responsible for directing and supervising maintenance supervisors an employees to focus on line operations that maintain and improve line efficiencies and product quality. Requirements: * BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology. * 10 years experience in maintenance in the food manufacturing industry, extrusion experience is preferred. * 5 years minimum in a supervisory role. * Experience implanting TPM and/or Lean initiatives (TPM, OEE, 5S, Center lining). *Strong mechanical and electrical skills. *Strong working knowledge of Labor Relations, GMP’s, OSHA Safety Regulations, EPA Regulations and other related codes and regulations applying to the operation of a food products factory.
