Principal Scientist Engineer Code:107 16 Location: Midwest Job Description: Develop and formulate beverages for a range of product lines including fruit drinks, nutrtional supplements and functional waters. Provide technical guidance and bench development for targeted development initiatives and improvements to existing brands. Work with technical team and Business teams to identify and define product concepts and establish project objectives - develop and maintain effective working relationships across non R&D functions as necessary to support business growth initiatives. Conduct Pilot Plant or manufacturing facility trials to assess manufacturing capability and consumer acceptability.
