Job Description:
You will be developing new and improved products for Foodservice. You will handle transition of new products through initial production and help develop processing techniques to adapt new products to manufacturing feasibility. Most of the time working directly with marketing, but occasionally will work with the customers.
Requirements:
* MS Food Science or related with 3-6 years product development experience (tomato based sauces preferred, but will consider any shelf stable liquid products like condiments, dressings, soup, etc.).
* Experience need to include the whole process - initial concept through to scale-up, plant trial, through to production.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Some travel required.
