Job Description:

Responsible and accountable for managing the development of assigned menus, program materials, products, servers, lifestyle counseling strategies, training/website content and marketing materials for wight management program. Focusing on programs for special needs such as diabetics, lactose intolerant and wheat sensitive, etc. Manage nutrition technicians as assigned. Assist with Internet program content and scripts for content related aspects of training videos, audio and television. Responsible for project management and assisting with the development of client program materials, retail product and service brochures.

Requirements:

• BS Food Science, Nutrition or related
• Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association.
• 3+ years experience in weight management counseling and/or diabetes - especially related to development of educational materials for nutrtion and physical activitiy and delivery of behavior modification interviewing - based counceling.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong Computer skills
• Self-starters able to self-manage and develop new clients.
• Must be positive, professional and team - oriented.
