Project Engineerr Code: Location: Midwest Job Description: Work with technical team and Business teams to identify and define product concepts and establish project objectives -develop and maintain effective working relationships across non R&D functions as necessary to support business growth initiatives. Conduct Pilot Plant or manufacturing facility trials to assess manufacturing capability and consumer acceptability and coordinate project installation with contractors and venders while working closely with the maintenance department. Provide consulting services to all departments in plant, identify costs saving or improvement projects and dtermine ways to complete the projects in an efficient manner. Requirements: * BS Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 2+ years in maintenance or project engineering in a high speed production environment. * Must have experience in food processing with an understanding of food plant sanitation. * Must be familiar with FDA, EPA, DNR, OSHA , USDA, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
