Job Description:
Support the company’s standards for product safety and quality. Coordinate activities between the Assistant QA Manager, QA Tech Leader and QA Techs focusing on the needs of production while maintaining efficient testing procedures necessary for assuring product safety and quality. Coordinate daily floor activity during the shifts ensuring ample coverage in all phases of production and lab work. Work with Production supervisors to proactively identify technical concerns in production procedures. Perform audits, maintain HACCP procedures, train employees, and develop and revise the HACCP program as needed.
Requirements:

- BS Food Science or related.
- 2 years of management experience of a lab and 10 years total work experience in QA in food.
- Must have USDA experience meat, eggs, dairy, poultry (any animal product).
- HACCP and GMP experience
- Strong computer skills.
Salary: Open - 60K - 70K
