Job Description:

Develop and implement quality programs. Responsible for addressing and resolving safety, regulatory, materials and performance issues in the Plant. Perform daily product evaluations and conduct physical plant inspections on a weekly basis. Manage budget for purchase of materials and supplies for Quality function. Complete documentation for HACCP. Review customer complaints/feedback to incorporate methods to improve customer satisfaction. Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization. Manage budget for the function of Quality and Food Safety for the plant. .

Requirements:


•
* BS Food Science.
* 5-7 years of QA supervisory experience in a food manufacturing company.
* Experience in ServSafe food employee certification.
* Strong mathematics, analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Must have relevant computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
* Strong communications skills – both written and verbal.
