We are looking for someone that has a strong program leadership – comfortable in leading team meetings and teams, creating and managing timelines, execution of plans and contingency planning. Coach junior talent to advance projects. Be responsible for leading process development programs and projects that transform the way our client produces products. Indentify new processing technologies, develop and optimize the technologies and implement them at factory scale. Work directly with research institutes, suppliers, manufacturing facilities and supply chain organization to achieve goals.

Requirements:

* BS Food Engineering or Chemical.
* 7 - 10 years Consumer Packaged Goods industry with R&D process development experience – NOT plant process engineering. Dairy products - cultured, fluid milk, and or non-dairy beverage products.
* Experience with fluid thermal processing applications – with proven track record of taking technology ideas from concept, through development to commercialization.
* Proven track record of being a self starter and being able to work autonomously to plan, implement, monitor and deliver objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to be a strong R&D voice within cross-functional settings, using logical scientific arguments to influence others and make decisions -- excellent communication and leadership skills.
