Research Scientist Code: Whey Location: Mountain Time Zone Job Description: Function within the Strategic Research Group's whose focus is applied research that aims to closely link the results of R&D efforts with the company's operations, putting attention on major projects. We are looking for someone to apply basic research results to create new and useful whey protein and ingredient functionality for dairy products. Requirements: * BS or MS Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related. * 3 years minimum experience in Food Manufacturing Industry with product experience with whey protein and ingredient functionality. * Willingness to work at lab bench - with experience developing, testing and evaluating dairy products, proteins, carbohydrates, functional food ingredients and food products. * Light travel will be expected.
