We are looking for someone to apply the company’s technologies and ingredients in the formulation of cost effective added-value and nutritionally beverages. Develop new and improved methods and system for beverage processing, production, quality control, packaging and distribution. Test new products in application lab and develops specific processing methods in laboratory pilot plant. Communicate with process engineers, flavor experts, packaging and marketing specialists to resolve problems. Requirements:

* BS MS or PhD Food Science or related discipline.
*3+ years experience with a food manufacturing company with product development in beverages and product knowledge of flavors, food ingredients, processing, packaging and nutrition.
* Must have strong communication skills – both verbal and written – need to be able to interact with people from a range of disciplines and locations, both customers and employees.
* Excellent mathematical skills – working with concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
* 20% travel.
