Manufacturing Team Facilitator Code: 1500 24 Location: Northeast Job Description: Effectively and aggressively implement invested capital equipment, people and processes to support the manufacturing operations. Support the 2nd and 3rd shift teams from Sunday PM start-up through Thursday during the general hours of 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Co-lead the daily changeover cleaning and manufacturing start-up process as a highly efficient organization that maximized production during the 2nd shift. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within production operations. Lead daily production meetings, drive root cause resolution to production issues and review and approve weekly production schedules. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who would love to have their mornings and afternoons to themselves. Requirements: * BS Engineering, Dairy or Food Science, Business or related areas preferred. * Minimum 7 years leadership experience in a modern, progressive, high-speed, multi-SKU Food Manufacturing Environment. Ice Cream highly preferred or dairy/related required. * Experience and knowledge of fluid process piping, thermal processing, CIP systems, automated valves, pumps, PLC's, SCADA, check-weighers, code daters, metal dectors and related technology common to progressive modern food and dairy manufacturing. * Strong computer skills. ERP knowledge preferred. * Busines analyzer - strong information systems and technology (MES), database management, multi-sku, logistics, cost control and process driven. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
