Process Design Scientist Code: Location: Midwest Job Description: Lead technical and cross-function teams in the creation and execution of product initiatives for coffee – roast and ground, instant and decaffeinated. Develop new products and processes and improve existing processes while containing costs and maintaining quality or improving product for operations – provide innovative technical ideas leading to new products. Requirements: * BS Chemical Engineering preferred. * 5+ years of developing or manufacturing coffee products. * Strong understanding of R&G, instant and decaf process transformations such as roasting, grinding, extracting, stripping, drying and agglomerating. * Strong communication skills - oral and written. * Must have strong leadership and problem solving skills. * Some travel. .
