A.  At M.K. and Associates, Inc., it is our goal to build long term relationships with both our clients and applicants.  We take the time to learn the exact qualifications and requirements you are looking for and scan the marketplace accordingly.  We help coordinate interviews and travel arrangements.  All you have to do is decide who to hire!


Q.  Will I have to sort through a pile of resumes?

A.  Our recruiters pre-screen and pre-qualify all candidates, before you even see a resume.  We may talk with hundreds of people before you see the select group of resumes that meet your specific requirements.  More importantly, the resumes you do receive are from qualified individuals.


Q.  Do you check references?

A.  References are checked and education is verified. We take pride in presenting only qualified candidates that meet your specific needs and qualifications.  References are spoken to before you even talk to a candidate.

Q. Who pays the fee?

A.  All fees are paid by our client companies, so there is no monetary obligation on your part.  This service is free to you, with no risk involved!


Q.  Is this service confidential?

A.  All information is strictly confidential to M.K. and Associates, Inc. only.  We take great pride in the service that we provide and can assure you that you will be given the confidential, professional and personal attention you desire.  You will not be part of any mass mailing of resumes.  You tell us what you are looking for and we'll search the marketplace based on that information.
